Keeping Cottage Cheese Interesting

Weekdays are tough – and preparing a healthy, palatable breakfast is perhaps the toughest part. While cottage cheese is a go-to item for many of us on a health kick, that gets boring fast. So here are a few ways to kick it up a notch:

Keep it simple – a little fresh herb goes a long way.

I like Friendship 1% because to me it has the best balance of flavor, texture and protein vs. fat vs. sodium. Mix in a little fresh dill, as shown above, or even try with fresh rosemary, banana peppers (my mouth waters just typing that one!) or capers.
